He has carried full P&L responsibility of up to €522m as Head of Division at Semikron Danfoss, served as CTO of a 570-people semiconductor chip-fab, as COO of Singulus Technologies (semiconductor BU order intake +300%), as CEO of SCHOTTEL (market share 26% → 36%) and as CEO of a VOITH Group subsidiary (turnaround, +20 pp EBIT, Group Gold Award).
His career started at Siemens Management Consulting after a PhD in Physics from TU Munich (summa cum laude).
He sits on the board of ZVEI Electric Drive Systems, was a member of multiple VDMA boards, and is a trusted voice in the German power-electronics community.
